Opus 5.5 is so unbelievably good that people are starting to say that you can genuinely build most saas apps in a few hours.

And you know what? This is actually true. I've canceled four subscriptions in the last 24 hours because of software that i created.

Let's take a tool like notion, for example. Notion has hundreds of different features. To the point where it's almost impossible to teach new team members how to use notion.

It is so bloated. Every software has a set amount of features, and only a small portion of those features you actually use.

In fact, the only reason i'm still using notion is for a single feature. Which allows me to make a comment on a part of the script, and then i can paste videos directly in this comment, so my editor knows what to put during this section.

So, i can upload a video here, and i can say play this when i say this line. However, there's actually 7 people on my team, and i'm paying 20 dollars per seat per month, more if i use their built in ai features, which i don't even want.

So, three days ago, i decided to actually try. I looked at all of the features that i actually use for all of the apps that i'm subscribed to and pay for, and decided to create my own personal app using opus 5.5.

And then four hours later, i had this app that i created. And remember that feature that i liked on notion, i now have it.

I can very easily comment, it's very easy for me to paste any asset directly in the comment. And i can say include this in the intro, and then i can also share it with my team.

Every link that i have here is shareable. And i also took one of my favorite apps, my mind, and i just added it to my app.

I also added a twitter feature, which allows me to tweet from my account, and then also my business account, or schedule it in the future.

I also added a library, so all of the assets that i add to any of my scripts just show up right here. And all of this was done with opus 5.5 medium, and i didn't even come close to hitting my limits.

And so i canceled four sas subscriptions and it only costed me around twenty dollars of credits. And this is my entire stack for internal software that i create for my company.

I use Claude Code to build the app. I use resell to host the app and i've been using convex as a database. I promise you, this is actually possible.

Just try it. Don't listen to the naysayers because you can genuinely build most sas apps in a few hours.
