Ok, so it's getting to end of day, and i didn't have to check my phone nearly as much as i usually do. But it was the same day i really always have.
I mean, same amount of meetings, same family scheduling, family planning, same amount of studying. But i didn't have to look down for all of it, i could be present.
And i think that really is the big game changer.
