AI 应用的 6 个层级:为什么你不能跳级

The 6 levels of AI (and why you can't skip one) Most people think they're good at AI because they use it every day. That's level one. There are six. You don't use it. You tried it once, got something generic, and decided it's overhyped. Chat. Ask, get an answer, copy it somewhere. It saves minutes, but every chat starts from zero. Context. Write one page about your work: who you are, your customers, how you write, what good looks like. Stop rewriting the prompt. Projects and skills. The page lives in a project with your files. Your repeatable jobs become skills, so the AI follows your steps the same way every time. Automations. A new lead gets a drafted reply before you open your laptop. A late invoice gets a reminder on day three. You stop being the trigger. Agents. Give it a goal, not steps. It plans, uses your tools, checks its own work, and asks you before anything important. A team of AI employees. Each one has a lane, its own instructions, tools and memory. They hand work to each

I'm going to show you exactly how to go from level 0 to level 6 with ai, six levels, what each one looks like on your screen and the one move that gets you to the next.

Most people think they're good at ai because they use it every day. Then they see someone with ai doing their whole workday and they realize there were six more floors.

I teach every level of this inside my community. But first, let me walk you up the stairs. Level zero, you don't use it or you tried it once, it gave you something generic and you decided it's overhyped.

That's most people over 40 and most offices. No judgment, just know the gap is growing every month. Level one, you chat, you ask a question, you get an answer, you copy it somewhere, emails ideas summaries, it saves you minutes.

This is where almost everybody stops. And here's the problem with level one. Every chat starts from zero. It doesn't know you, your business, or what you said last week.

Level two, context. Instead of asking better questions, you give it better information. Who you are, who your customers are, how you write, what good looks like, one page about your work, and suddenly the answers sound like you instead of a robot.

The move from one to two is simple. Stop rewriting the prompt, start writing the context once. Level 3 projects and skills.

You stop pasting that page into every chat. You put it in a project that remembers it with your files inside and you write your repeatable jobs down once as a skill.

How i write a proposal, how i answer a refund. Now, the ai follows your steps the same way every time. That's the jump from a smart chat to something reliable.

Level 4 automations. Now, the ai does a job without you starting it. A new lead fills out your form and the reply is drafted before you open your laptop and invoice is late and the reminder goes out on day three.

You built the steps once and they run every time something happens. You stop being the trigger level 5 agents. An agent doesn't just follow steps.

You give it a goal and it figures out the steps research. These 10 companies and draft a first message to each. It plans, uses your tools, checks its own work, and stops to ask you before anything important.

This is where people start getting real hours back. Level six, a team of ai employees. Each one has a lane. One runs your inbox, one writes your reports, one handles content.

Each has its own instructions, its own tools, and its own memory. They hand work to each other, they tell you what they did, and what needs you.

And they can work on a job for hours without you sitting there. You stop doing the work, you run the team. Now, here's the part that matters.

You can't skip levels. People try to jump from one to six, build a team of agents with no context. And it falls apart in a week.

Every level is built on the one under it. Context makes skills work, skills make automations reliable, reliable automations are what agents use.

And agents with clear lanes become a team. So find your level honestly, then do just the next one, not the top one, the next one.

If this feels like a lot, it is, and it's doable, one level at a time. Inside my community, i have every level in order in 8 courses, from your first chat to context, automations, ai agents, and a team of ai employees.
