OpenAI 为 Decisions API 新增多项能力：原生集成 GPT-Live，让语音应用可在用户说话时实时响应；支持 Prompt 缓存以降低复用上下文的成本；支持原生 JSON 输入直接传入结构化应用数据。单次请求最多可提交 400 个问题，是此前上限的两倍，并支持在单条问题指令中传入图片以对比多张图片与同一参考图。
