I just got an ai agent to onboard a new client from right within my slack, and the craziest part is that anyone can set this up.
It's an agent called auto by wakado. It connects to the tools you already use, and then you just message it like a teammate.
So, i told it, we just signed a new client, get them onboarded. Normally, that's me jumping between 5 different tabs. But auto didn't send me a checklist, it just did the work.
It made the client folder in google drive, and then wrote the onboarding doc. And then it drafted the welcome email, and even asked me before sending it.
And then it even added the client to our crm, all with their details. This ai agent actually finishes complete workflows.
But if you're worried about trusting ai agents. Then you can set up guardrails for it right within the auto ui. So here, i set it up to never send an email to a client without giving me a quick review.
